Staff Nurse/ Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking Staff Nurse/ Senior Staff Nurses for specialty areas, including:

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Operating Theatre
• Day Ward
• Medical-Surgical Units

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and competent nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and hospital policies.
• Perform patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation of vital signs and clinical progress.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with medical procedures, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions.
• Support pre-operative, intra-operative (scrub/circulating), and post-operative care where applicable.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators (ICU/critical care settings).
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure proper handover during shift changes.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Prior experience working in tertiary hospitals.
• Must be comfortable to perform shifts/ on call/ standby duties when required.
