As an IT Project Coordinator, you are responsible for managing and supporting the implementation of IT projects, including documentation, training, and first-level ERP support. The role also involves regional coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and active participation in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives.

Description- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of IT projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, user manuals, and conduct training sessions related to project rollouts.
- Oversee IT-related projects involving technical analysis, solution deployment, system administration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide first-level support for ERP-related issues (training will be provided).
- Travel regionally as needed to support project coordination and implementation activities.
- Actively contribute to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives, including hazard and incident identification, risk assessments, and control implementation.
- Ensure that work practices and conduct align with HSE policies, objectives, and procedures, and adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned, in support of departmental or organizational objectives.
- Prior experience in ERP support is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Must be a fast learner with a positive, willing-to-learn attitude and strong listening skills.
- Effective communication and documentation skills in English are essential.
- Strong analytical thinking and a creative approach to problem-solving are required.
