Job Overview
We are hiring an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to support and oversee HR operations at HQ. The level offered will depend on the candidate’s experience.
This role will be involved in a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, renewals, and exits
- Maintain accurate HR records such as attendance, leave, and employee data
- Prepare HR-related documentation including contracts and employment letters
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet manpower requirements
- Support payroll processing by verifying leave, claims, and allowances
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory requirements (e.g. MSF, NCSS, AIC)
- Assist in managing foreign employee matters and compliance
- Update and maintain HR systems (HRMS) to ensure data accuracy
- Support preparation of HR reports and tracking of HR metrics
- Assist in coordinating training programmes and compliance tracking
- Support employee engagement activities and vendor coordination
- Attend to employee queries and assist in handling basic grievance matters
- Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline
- At least 2 to 6 years of relevant HR experience (seniority based on experience)
- Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and MOM guidelines
- Exposure to payroll processing and HR operations is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Able to multitask and work effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience in the social service or healthcare sector is preferred
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. JustLogin) is preferred
- Knowledge of MSF, NCSS, or AIC submissions will be an advantage
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
