Healthcare Assistant (Daycare) (ID: 705027)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patient care.
• Support patients with self-care needs, including mobility assistance and hygiene maintenance.
• Measure and record vital signs such as weight, temperature, and blood pressure as needed.
• Assist with meal orders, serving food and drinks, and feeding patients when necessary.
• Oversee the food pantry, ensuring proper storage and quality of food items.
• Implement infection control protocols, including hand hygiene and waste disposal practices.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
• Report any patient observations or occurrences to the supervising nurse promptly.
• Uphold high housekeeping standards and maintain confidentiality in patient care matters.
• Remain informed of industry guidelines and acquire new skills as necessary.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of GCE N Level or Certificate in Health Care Assistant or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar patient care role.
• Strong passion for serving patients with consideration and courtesy.
• High sense of responsibility for safety and care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
