Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager.

• Assist the Deputy General Manager in planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing company initiatives
• Oversee daily business activities and improve overall business functions
• Lead a team of junior managers, sales executives, and sales associates
• Manage budgets, develop strategic plans, create policies and communicate business goals
• Establish annual, monthly, weekly, or daily sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities to achieve targets
• Keep extensive sales records and any communications with customers to help management ensure that the team's projected sales are met
• Produce reports about sales progress, including collecting data and analysing the data to identify patterns or trends. Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore.

They are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager.

• Promote and sell the organisation’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Organise its attendance, pulling together appropriate marketing materials, products and equipment and setting up a booth or pitch at shows and atriums.
• Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
• Establish annual, monthly, weekly, or daily sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
• Keep extensive sales records and any communications with customers to help management check whether the team has met projected sales targets and has a thorough understanding of the relationship with customers.
• Produce reports about its sales progress that involve collecting data and analysing the data to identify patterns or trends.
• Lead a team of junior sales executives, sales associates, and promoters

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the manufacturing/ food manufacturing industry
• Possess excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• Self-motivated, possesses a positive attitude to achieve sales targets

• Ability to commence work on short notice
