Technician / Technical Officer (Energy Services) (2-Years Contract)

What you’ll do:

1. Deliver SES ES projects on Solar PV & Energy Monitoring Solution, Electrical Meter and Water Meter Installation
2. Conduct site surveys during pre-award, engineering, construction, installation and commissioning on customer's sites
3. Support Contractor Management and perform site work supervision for contractors
4. Conduct daily toolbox meeting for all site work activities including weekends and holidays
5. Entails weekend works such as hoisting/shutdown/testing/commissioning and night shutdown
6. Conduct on-site verification of installation with drawings
7. Attend Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance tests when required
8. Support settlement related operations and documentations for customers
9. Attend and response to emergency call outs during construction, installation and commissioning
10. Verify and hand over project database to SES ES O&M team
11. Scope of work covers SES's scope which includes above and applies to technologies deployed by SES ES solutions.

What You’ll need:

1. Own transport – travel to remote areas in Singapore is an added advantage.
2. Technical data and performance analysis skills and reporting
3. Effective communication skills to understand customer needs and the ability to coordinate and implement project from technical proposals, design to testing & commissioning to O&M stage
4. Understanding of relevant codes and regulations governing PV Solar Systems in Singapore is an added advantage
5. Understanding of calculation related to basic electrical & mechanical structural is an added advantage.
6. NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Power Engineering
