Admin Clerk
About the role
As an Admin Clerk at SOON HOCK SPRINKLER SYSTEM PTE LTD', you will play a crucial administrative support role within our company. This full-time position is located in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will involve handling a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments
- Working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate
- Track all progress claim payment and document processing status
- Answering and directing phone calls, as well as responding to email inquiries
- Organising and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with various ad-hoc administrative projects as required
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using common office software such as Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
