A leading global banking institution is seeking a Director of Finance, Transaction Banking to join their senior leadership team.
This is a global coverage role with responsibility for balance sheet management across Transaction Banking products. Partnering closely with the Business Unit Head, you will shape mid- to long-term strategy, lead the annual strategic planning cycle, and drive performance management against financial and commercial targets.Acting as a trusted business advisor, you will provide actionable insights and executive-level analysis to support decision-making and enhance profitability. You will also lead governance, controls, and risk management, ensuring strong financial oversight across the function.
The ideal candidate should have more than 15 years relevant experience in Finance - FP&A, performance management, finance business partnering, balance sheet analysis. Track record of being in a senior leadership role in a complex banking environment.Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills to be able to influence senior stakeholders will be a pre-requisite for the role.
