Technical Sales Engineer

This role requires a blend of technical acumen and sales skills to effectively communicate complex engineering concepts and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sale and Post-sale Support: Provide essential technical support to the sales team and customers before and after sales.
• Technical Advice: Offer technical guidance to the sales team, dealers, and customers.
• Training and Demonstrations:Conduct product and application training sessions and demonstrations.
• Product Information Maintenance:Maintain up-to-date technical product information for equipment sales.
• Issue Handling: Address technical issues and manage warranty claims.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare electrical drawings, wiring, and cable plans using AutoCAD.
• Installation and Commissioning:Implement wiring and cabling installations and commissioning.
• Upgrades and Modifications:Perform upgrades and modifications according to established plans.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and conduct failure analysis.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience with heavy-duty diesel engines or generators.
• Experience in Application Engineering of switchgear installation and knowledge of PLC programming an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and independent
