Job Overview:
As a Personal Assistant to a Senior Financial Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support. This includes tasks such as data entry, maintaining the client database, obtaining general insurance quotations, and managing various administrative duties, including form filling, document preparation, and scheduling appointments.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in the financial planning industry. You will also acquire unique insights into professional planning services for high-net-worth clients and learn about the administrative systems that support these services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Financial Consultant
- Handle data entry and maintain client records in the database
- Obtain and compare general insurance quotations
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as document preparation, form filling, and scheduling
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently to support the consultant’s needs
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Well organized
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in administrative support roles or knowledge of Insurance Operations and Processes is not required but will be an advantage.
