HR Executive - Recruitment / Accounts Receivable

Summary:

• 5 days, 930am - 430pm

• Location: Serangoon North

Job Scope:

1. You will manage the full recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates for the Singapore and Malaysia offices.
2. You are responsible for ensuring all company policies and personnel documentation comply with Singapore and Malaysia employment laws.
3. You will handle all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters, including the application and renewal of work passes.
4. You will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and source relevant professional development workshops.
5. You will research and apply for applicable government schemes and grants to support the company.
6. You will oversee employee welfare by tracking leave, managing medical insurance plans, and coordinating staff benefits.
7. You will perform daily Accounts Receivable (AR) duties by processing invoices in NetSuite and following up on outstanding payments.
