About the role

Fiber Tech Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a Part time admin to join our team in the Paya Lebar East Region. This is a part-time position with flexible work arrangements to support our growing administration and office support needs.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing general administrative support to the wider team
  2. Handling a range of clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  3. Assisting with scheduling and calendar management
  4. Answering and directing phone enquiries
  5. Coordinating logistics and travel arrangements
  6. Supporting various projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
  1. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  6. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
