We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Project Manager based in Singapore, with proven expertise in managing infrastructure and cybersecurity projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate holds both Scrumand PMP certifications, demonstrating a strong blend of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, including data center transformations, cloud infrastructure rollouts, network upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives such as identity & access management, SIEM implementation, compliance alignment, and more.This role requires hands-on leadership in project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and regulatory compliance, especially within Singapore's regulatory framework (e.g., MAS TRM, PDPA, CSA).
The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure architects, cybersecurity professionals, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Roles- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans (in line with PMP methodology and Agile practices).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Work with cross-functional teams (infra, cybersecurity, vendors, stakeholders) to execute project activities efficiently.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Champion Agile best practices and ensure the team follows Scrum principles effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog.
- Manage large-scale IT infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud integration (AWS, Azure), etc.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance in all infrastructure rollouts.
- Coordinate with vendors, solution architects, and operations teams for seamless implementation.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives such as vulnerability management, SIEM deployment, firewall upgrades, identity access management (IAM), etc.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore's regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., MAS TRM, PDPA, CSA guidelines).
- Collaborate with CISO, security architects, and compliance teams on risk mitigation and security assessments.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage change requests and ensure they are assessed, approved, and documented appropriately.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasting.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization across multiple concurrent projects.
- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Maintain proper governance frameworks as per PMP and local standards.
- Drive lessons learned and implement continuous improvement processes post-project delivery.
- Evaluate team performance and project outcomes to refine future project strategies.
