Network Engineer (Palo Alto/Panorama)

• Work Location: Bedok (Candidates must be open to deployment anywhere within Singapore based on project needs)
• Salary Package: Up to S$6,350 + S$50 HP Allowance + Up to 1 Month Performance Bonus

This is 1 year Project Renewable assignment under Agency Payroll.

Are you a hands-on Network Security Engineer with strong experience in Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama? Join a dynamic IT operations team supporting enterprise network security environments across Singapore.

• Administer and support Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama environments
• Create, update, and maintain firewall security policies and NAT rules
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet access issues
• Perform network configuration tasks including VLANs, switches, routers, and IP addressing
• Monitor firewall logs, security alerts, and network events
• Conduct daily system health checks, backups, and firmware upgrades
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution
• Maintain accurate network and firewall documentation
• Ensure compliance with ITSM / ITIL operational processes such as Change, Incident, and Problem Management

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Panorama
• Solid understanding of networking concepts:
• TCP/IP
• DNS
• DHCP
• VLAN
• Routing
• Experience managing firewall policies and security best practices
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Familiar with enterprise operational support environments
• Relevant certifications such as PCCET, PCNSA, PCNSE, or CCNA will be an added advantage
• Candidates must be willing to travel/deploy across Singapore when required
