Assistant Engineer(1 year contract renewable)
Working Days: 5.5 days (MTS / Floater)Salary: $2,000 - $2,400
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Engineer in carrying out day-to-day maintenance works on-site
- Support basic inspection, servicing and follow-up for ACMV, electrical and fire systems
- Liaise with technicians and vendors for scheduling of maintenance works
- Monitor ongoing works and report progress to Engineer
- Update maintenance records, reports and service logs
- Attend to basic site issues and escalate when necessary
- Support across multiple sites when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of building services / M&E systems
- Able to work 5.5 days and travel between sites
- Willing to learn and take instructions
