Junior Network Engineer (ID: 696745)

• Perform setup and deployment of new Cisco SD-WAN routers, including Cisco vManage configuration.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto Prisma Cloud and GlobalProtect VPN solutions.
• Participate in SD-WAN change request processes, including implementation and validation.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure implementation and changes
• Provide troubleshooting and incident support across network, cloud, and security domains.
• Assist in ongoing operational support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow project milestones and ensure deliverables quality for the infra implementation projects.

• Strong IT networking fundamentals (routing, switching, NAT, firewall concepts).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN devices and ecosystem
• Experience with security platforms such as: Palo Alto (including Panorama), FortiGate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud networking and infrastructure is a plus.

• Diploma or Degree in IT with at least 1-2 years experience in infra and network projects.
• Certifications: Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience creating clear IT documentation (runbooks, SOPs, technical guides).
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
