The Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) is seeking a motivated and organised individual to drive business transformation in the membership management and business processes. This role offers hybrid work arrangements. The portfolio will be tailored based on the candidate’s experience and strengths.You will work closely with a small, collaborative team and report directly to the Chief Executive.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the membership administration, including processing new applications and renewals, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date member records, ensuring timely payments of membership fees, tracking membership pipeline and preparing simple reports to support team planning and management decisions.
- Manage and maintain the association’s membership CRM system (Glue‑Up) to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
- Liaise with outsourced IT vendors on onboarding/off-boarding of staff and on IT systems and services
- Otherduties may be assigned.
- Singaporean
- Preference for those with Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, IT or related fields#
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (membership bodies, CRM/IT vendor coordination preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Glue-Up) is advantageous
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with digital tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
