We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our education centre. If you enjoy working in a warm, people-oriented environment and have a passion for organisation and coordination, we would love to hear from you!

• Welcome and attend to parents, students, and visitors with a warm and professional approach
• Support daily centre operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Assist with class scheduling and coordination of timetables
• Help organise and set up events (e.g. workshops, open houses, festive activities)
• Manage basic supplies and assist with simple purchasing tasks
• Maintain records, documents, and basic administrative data
• Handle general enquiries and communication with parents
• Provide day-to-day support to the management
• Ensure the centre remains neat, organised, and welcoming

• Diploma or above
• Prior experience in administrative, front desk, or education-related roles is a plus
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google tools
