We’re looking to add a Legal Executive in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.
As a Legal Executive, you will:
- Assist in contract lifecycle management, including tracking contracts, maintaining contract databases, coordinating internal approvals and signatures, ensuring proper document retention practices
- Administrative support for legal department including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, filing and general day-to-day support.
- Maintain records required for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support with corporate governance activities including preparation of slides, scheduling of training sessions and compiling feedback.
- Prepare reports on legal KPIs (contract turnaround, workload, external spend) to support management reporting.
- Support implementation and optimisation of legal tech solutions and digitalization initiatives.
- General ad hoc tasks as and when required by the department.
- Diploma in Legal Studies or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal or legal operations team is preferred.
