M&E (Project Manager/Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer)

1. Project Manager (Electrical) / Up to $8,500

• Develop project plans, timelines & budgets, ensuring all are completed on time & within budget.
• Oversee design/procurement/installation/T&C includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical etc
• Lead teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Primary contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and concerns.
• Ensure works complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions
• Manage project budgets including labor, materials & equipment.
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years project management in M&E

1. Electrical Engineer /Up to $5,500

• Supervision of Electrical Equipment testing and commissioning at site
• Review and submission of site acceptance test reports.
• Review SLD and Electrical Schematic Drawings.
• Assist in Electrical Equipment Installation Inspections.
• Attend Site Activities and Meetings involving clients and contractors.
• Undertake tasks / assignments as and when directed by the Commissioning Lead.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 Years in the related field and understand singapore regulatory
• Experience in MV / LV Electrical Equipment (Site Installation, Testing and Commmissioning)

1. Mechanical Engineer /Up to $5,500

• Liaise with Client/Consultant/contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignment.
• Report and monitor of progress of project to Project Manager.
• Supervise works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors/consultants and submission of shop drawings.
• Prepare technical submissions, negotiate on procure materials, equipment and labour.
• Meeting with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
• Work on shop drawings/equipment submissions, inspections, testing & commissioning.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / Chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.
• Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS.
