We're seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to lead the promotion of advanced cooling and thermal management solutions for enterprise data centers, system installers, and builders. This role blends technical knowledge with sales expertise to drive new business, manage key accounts, and deliver tailored solutions for mission-critical environments.

Job Scope:

  • Identify, assess, and actively pursue new business opportunities in the data centre and high-density cooling market.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and proposal creation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Present customized solutions and conduct product demonstrations for a range of stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to craft technical proposals and confirm solution viability.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, providing regular reports on key metrics.
  • Stay up to date on industry developments, emerging cooling technologies, sustainability standards, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by proactively resolving implementation challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; a background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, technical sales, or account management (5+ years for a Senior Sales Engineer role).
  • Established network of enterprise clients, consultants, and contractors in the data centre or M&E industry.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive, technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre operations and advanced cooling or thermal management technologies.
  • Proficient in solution selling, negotiation, and developing trusted client relationships.
  • Experienced in using CRM platforms and tracking sales performance metrics.
  • Driven, adaptable, and an effective team collaborator.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and presentation abilities.
Working Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 5.5 days work week

$4000- $6000 Basic + Transport Allowance + Commission + Performance Bonus.
