About the role
ES Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team on a 1 Year Project contract basis. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of our company's complex network infrastructure.This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the smooth running of our operations. The position is based in the Bukit Merah Central Region for our defence project.

CAT 2A Clearance needed in this project
What you'll be doing- Configure, and manage Cisco Catalyst Switches (IOS), Cisco Nexus Switches (NXOS), and Alcatel Lucent Switches (AOS) to maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain Palo Alto and Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls for network security and access control.
- Administer Alcatel Lucent Wireless Controllers to ensure a secure and robust wireless network environment.
- Utilize SolarWinds NPM (Network Performance Monitor) and NCM (Network Configuration Manager) for network monitoring and configuration management.
- Manage and maintain ClearPass Policy Manager for network access control and policy enforcement.
- Degree in IT relevant + Minimum 3 + years of experience in network security engineering.
- Proficiency in Cisco Catalyst Switches (IOS), Cisco Nexus Switches (NXOS), and Alcatel Lucent Switches (AOS).
- Experience in configuring and managing Palo Alto and Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with Alcatel Lucent Wireless Controllers.
- Familiarity with SolarWinds NPM / NCM for network monitoring and configuration management.
- Proficient in ClearPass Policy Manager for network access control and policy enforcement.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security architectures, and best practices.
- Willing to wait for G50 Cat Clearance to be cleared to onboard
