Job description:
Job Responsibilities- Day-to-day operation and maintenance of chiller plant (DCP).
- Monitor and manage chilled water system (chillers, pumps, cooling towers, heat exchangers, water treatment system, etc.) via Building Management System (BMS).
- Ensure chilled water system operates in proper and efficient manner.
- Monitor and response to fire detection & fire protection related alarms, CCTV and water leak detection.
- Carry out routine plant inspection and data logging.
- Supervise maintenance and repair jobs.
- Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.
- Proper passdown/handover end of shift.
- Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Refrigeration or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.
- Technical background in chiller, pump, cooling tower, ACMV, etc. operation with maintenance and service quality mindset.
- Relevant experience in HVAC, chiller plant would be advantageous.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts of up to 12 hours, in alignment with operational requirements.
- Able to cover shift duty support as needed.
