Remuneration: Up to $5,500 + AWS
Join our dynamic team as an Associate IT Project Manager, supporting digital transformation and technology initiatives across the organization. You will assist in managing Agile projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to IT audits and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including business cases, schedules, and status reports.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on system implementation and procurement activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, highlight issues or risks, and support mitigation planning.
- Help track project budgets and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Coordinate with teams and auditors to support IT audits and compliance requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to report project updates and outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvements and promote Agile and project management best practices.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Understanding of IT governance, controls, or audit processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
