Account Assistant [ 5 days / Receivable ] - Geylang

Basic Salary: $2300 - $2700

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of receivables records.
• Record and reconcile all payments received across various sales channels.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of overdue accounts.
• Generate invoices for local and export sales, service, and maintenance projects.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of required local financial and tax reports.
• Provide backup support to the finance team during absences or peak periods.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative task

Requirements:

• Knowledge in account receivable duties
• Microsoft Office (Excel)
• ERP System - Sage 300
