Job Scope:
- Manage and coordinate sea export shipments to ensure smooth operations from booking to final delivery.
- Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, manifests, and customs declarations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle TradeNet submissions and other export-related system entries in compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, and overseas offices to ensure timely shipment and documentation flow.
- Monitor and follow up on shipment status, including resolving any delays, discrepancies, or damaged cargo issues.
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely collection of related charges from customers or agents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for cargo readiness, space booking, and equipment availability.
- Support the implementation of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures and maintain proper documentation and service quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Relevant experience in sea export documentation or freight forwarding will have added advantage
- Good knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and TradeNet operations will be an advantage.
