Purchasing Executive

• Mon to Fri
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and logistics

Job Duties:

• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders
• Source and procure lighting products locally and overseas
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and warranties
• Maintain supplier records and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and project teams
• Support local and international shipments
• Monitor shipment status and report potential delays
• Track material availability to prevent shortages or excess
• Support cost comparison and supplier evaluation
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounts for smooth procurement
• Assist with supplier pre-qualification and compliance documentation
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Experience in the construction industry (preferably in lighting and electrical products)
• Diploma or degree in Purchasing, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Supplier pre-qualification and vendor evaluations
