Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for one of the region's most prominent tech companies. If you are passionate about building high performance applications and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Golang applications with a focus on performance and reliability
• Modernize the legacy lending platform with extensibility, testability, and scalability as key architectural goals
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements, managing ambiguity throughout the software lifecycle
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external lending solutions and services
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business) to influence architecture and feature development

• At least 4-5 years of experience building distributed systems in high-scale environments
• At least 2 years of hands-on Golang development experience
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, with deployment experience in AWS and GCP
• Proficient in tools and technologies such as Kubernetes (k8s), Redis, Aerospike, and MySQL
• Solid experience in the lending domain, including core platform development and integration with vendor LMS solutions
• Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to translate technical details to non-technical teams effectively
