Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a manner that respects their time, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Evaluate the specific requirements of guests and offer tailored and effective solutions for their vehicle purchase needs.
- Educate guests about our vehicles by effectively communicating their features and benefits.
- Provide a seamless guest experience characterized by professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Perform necessary tasks to maintain the luxurious environment of our showroom.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including generating leads, arranging test drives, processing orders, completing registrations, increasing finance and insurance uptake, and improving the trade-in ratio.
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all administrative duties.
- Assist with any additional assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a successful sales track record.
- Basic MS Office knowledge; proficiency in computer software and internet usage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
