Our client is a Japanese manufacturer and distributor of electronic components. They are seeking a proactive, customer-oriented Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor Sales) to join their team. The ideal candidate is driven, resourceful, and committed to building long-term client relationships while achieving business growth.

This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to meet customer needs and company objectives.

• Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
• Service, support, and maintain strong business relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
• Execute sales strategies to meet the company’s overall objectives.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal divisions to address customer requests and support new project implementations.
• Prepare and provide quotations based on customer inquiries.
• Participate actively in contract discussions and negotiations.
• Review terms and conditions between the company and customers prior to implementation.
• Provide reporting and resolution of business-related issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates, and report directly to the Manager.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• 2 years of sales experience in the electronics/electronic components industry or similar
• Highly proficient in MS Excel (Hands-on in Pivot tables, Vlookup, Graph)
• Excellent presentation skill is required for day-to-day tasks and reporting
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
• Willing to travel overseas when required for business needs

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing is preferred
• Ability to start immediately would be a plus
• Experience working in a Japanese company
