Job Description:

Attend to walk in clients
Attend to enquiries via emails/chats/phone calls
Sorting/filing of daily mails
Send out renewal notifications to clients
Follow up with clients on renewals
Updating of database
Simple admin tasks as assigned Job Requirement
Min 'N' Level
1-2 years' experience in an admin / coordinator role
Good Customer Service
Meticulous in work
Able to work 3 days a week (Wed to Fri)
Working hours: 9:30 am - 6pm
Location: Suntec Office Tower
