Paralegal (Construction & Contracts)
- Location : Ubi
- Working hours : 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
- Support tender and procurement processes, including legal documentation preparation
- Maintain accurate project and legal documentation compliance
- Assist in claims, variation, and EOT documentation
- Support arbitration, litigation preparation, and dispute resolution matters
- Liaise with BCA, contractors, stakeholders, and external legal counsel
- Monitor compliance with construction laws and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Atleast 2 years of paralegal or legal support experience preferred
- Exposure to construction contracts or construction industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations preferred
