Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations

• Basic up to $5800 per month with good remuneration package
• 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday, Half day Saturday)

The employer, a leading community healthcare provider is seeking experienced and enthusiastic candidates to join them as a Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• This role reports to the Operations Manager
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily clinic operations activities
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and effective cost management
• Manage and lead the operations team in service provision and patient care and ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the clinic
• Involved in planning/ implementing strategies for process and service quality improvement
• Work closely with the clinical, nursing and allied health professionals.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline
• Possess Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management in a Clinic / Hospital setting
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
