Coordination with all stakeholders on the design and equipping of the room

Responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, developing planning proposals, evaluating proposals regarding calm room and storeroom works.
Oversees the fitting out, commissioning and testing and taking over of calm room on completion of construction.
Review design and architectural, structure, mechanical and electric plans to ensure adequate provisions for calm room are made for the construction.
Oversees the appointment of consultants, and contractors including calling tenders and awards.
Controls to ensure that all contract specifications and performance standards are achieved for calm room.

Requirements:

Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management
Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts
Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal
Passion and interest in sport.

Work hours

5 days (Monday to Friday 9am to 6 :30pm)
