DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Junior Technician will work closely with Senior Technician
Wears applicable PPE at all times
Ensuring that the site complies with all health and safety regulations
Performs maintenance duties
Responding to various maintenance requests
Perform preventative maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lightings and other building issues
Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Performs standby duty when assigned schedule.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Relevance experience within facilities management

Mon to Fri - 0730am to 0430pm
