We’re looking for a video editor who doesn’t just cut clips — but understands how content performs.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for editing high-performing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and ads.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Understands retention, hooks, and pacing
• Has a strong sense of storytelling + marketing
• Wants to create content that actually converts

• Edit short-form videos (15–60s) for social media and ads
• Structure edits for high retention (strong hooks, pacing, cuts)
• Add captions, motion graphics, and visual enhancements
• Work with scripts and creative direction from the team
• Ensure content aligns with each client’s brand tone and positioning
• Source clips and avoid repetitive visual patterns
• Optimise videos based on performance insights

• Singaporeans/Malaysians are both welcome!
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
• Experience editing short-form content for social media

Good understanding of:

• Hooks & retention
• TikTok / IG Reels style editing
• Ad-style content
• Ability to think, not just execute
• Good taste in pacing, music, and visuals
• Bonus (Nice to Have)
• Motion graphics (After Effects)
• Experience editing ads that convert
• Understanding of personal branding content
