Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze service utilization across multiple operational sites and identify capacity opportunities
• Develop and execute regional commercial plans, aligned with site capabilities and market demand
• Support portfolio evaluation and customer development strategies
• Build strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence and lead generation
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and offer management
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction tools
• Drive budget planning and sales performance reporting
• Manage contract development, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
• Stay current with industry trends and market shifts

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferably with logistics focus)
• 5+ years of senior commercial experience in a relevant industrial services environment
• Strong sales and business development background, with a proven leadership track record
• In-depth industry understanding and market-driven mindset
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented, innovative, and customer-focused
• Willingness to travel frequently
