Engineering Assistant (Semiconductor, 12-hr shift)

We are looking for an entry-level Engineering Assistant to support production operations and ensure high product quality and yield. The role involves monitoring key process parameters, analysing performance data, and working with different teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Monitor critical production parameters to maintain product quality and yield.
• Analyse daily production performance and implement preventive or corrective actions for any deviations.
• Prepare in-process yield reports and perform loss analysis.
• Review and handle disposition of materials for final products.
• Detect and report abnormal losses or defects in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless production processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts.
