Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings effectively
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for local and international trips
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including minute-taking and follow-ups
  • Handle executive dining and client bookings with professionalism
  • Draft, proof, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a key liaison between senior management and stakeholders
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and support ad hoc personal or administrative tasks

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable
