Bukit Merah - Executive Assistant
Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings effectively
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for local and international trips
- Coordinate meetings and events, including minute-taking and follow-ups
- Handle executive dining and client bookings with professionalism
- Draft, proof, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as a key liaison between senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and support ad hoc personal or administrative tasks
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable
