Process Engineer

Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of process technicians to optimize process-related functions and ensure efficient production.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement process operation flows that meet customer and business requirements.
• Maintain production work instructions, including SFC control processes and SAP maintenance.
• Lead operation teams in implementing engineering change orders (ECOs) and process improvements.
• Drive process efficiency through continuous improvement, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.
• Update and maintain the EC master list and track changes.
• Prepare and update working instructions and provide training to production teams.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) processes and mass production.
• Participate in ISO activities, including implementation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in engineering with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Compliance with RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
