Assistant Finance Manager (Full Set Accounting)
- Location: : Woodlands (Hybrid work arrangement available)
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 + AWS + 2 Months Bonus (1 Performance + 1 Company bonus)

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and year-end management reports.
- Review submissions from team members and provide financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies or improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies and internal control frameworks.
- Prepare financial reporting including GST, treasury reporting and investment returns.
- Provide financial insights to support operational planning and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of best practices.
- Assist in financial projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification such as ACCA or CA.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting or finance operations is advantageous.
- Experience handling full set of accounts and managing multiple P&Ls.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar accounting systems will be advantageous.
- Experience in mid to large organizational structures will be advantageous.
