Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the Customer Lifecycle Management(CLCM) Forum and act as a deputy for the Head of CLCM when required. Manage the Customer Operating Plan (COP) and oversee performance metrics and forecasting. Lead agile, cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Leverage analytics to recommend business priorities and improve portfolio profitability. Balance and prioritize resources across data, analytics, and digital teams to meet business objectives Requirements: 8 to 10 years in business management (distribution, performance, or customer management) specifically within the insurance industry.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline. Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution models, digital platforms (CRMs/marketing automation), and customer segmentation. Extensive skills in strategy, financial analysis, and product profitability modelling.
A matured agile project leader with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A self-starter and strategic thinker who is versatile and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
