Responsibilities- Pre-sales: manage prospective leads, develop design concepts, and provide advice and budgeting to the clients.
- Post-sales: manage project execution, incl timeline, quality, budget, suppliers, as well as customers' expectations over the course of renovation.
- Mentoring or managerial roles for experienced candidates.
Candidate Requirements
Design Manager: > 6 years of interior design experience. Preferably prior experience in managing a team.
Principal Interior Designer: > 6 years of interior design experience. Candidate must show competence in designing and managing different types of projects.
Senior Interior Designer: 3 to 6 years of interior design experience. Preferably candidates with aspirations to become Design Managers / Team Leads.Executive Interior Designer: 1-3 years of interior design experience.

Skillsets
Candidates proficient in the following softwares are an added advantage:
- Adobe Suites
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Canva
- MS Office Applications
Remuneration
This is a commission-paying job (no basic salary). Additional incentives and performance bonuses will be awarded for good performance & contributions.
Candidate requirements are indicative only. Actual appointment and remuneration will commensurate with relevant experience, portfolio, qualifications, and/or performance during interview.
If appointed:Design Manager / Principal Interior Designer: 65% + incentives
Senior Interior Designer: 60% commission + incentives
Executive Interior Designer: 55% commission + incentives
Location
This job position requires traveling across Singapore.
Working Hours
You may need to work outside of normal office working hours, on weekends or public holidays. Flexible working hours can be arranged.
