The opportunity
Exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant/TEAM LEAD to join the dynamic team at JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD. As a Recruitment Consultant/TEAM LEAD, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in a range of exciting roles across diverse industries.
Key responsibilities- Proactively sourcing and screening high-quality candidates to match with client requirements
- Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fit
- Networking and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Effectively managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team recruitment targets
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Continuously expanding your industry knowledge and network
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
- No experience ok too as training will be provided
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets
- Enthusiasm, resilience and a competitive spirit
