Government Project – Public Feedback Management Officer | 1 Year Contract | Up to $3,500+

Be part of a government support team handling public feedback and service coordination through platforms such as OneService App and LifeSG.

Salary - $2,400 - $3,400++

Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract (Min 6 months contract)

Working Hours:

• Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6.00pm
• Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Review and manage public feedback received through digital platform
• Route feedback cases to the relevant government agencies
• Reply to public enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Contact members of public when clarification is required
• Ensure accurate follow-up and case coordination support

• ‘A’ Levels / Diploma / Degree holders are welcome to apply
• Relevant Working Experience in customer service, admin, call centre, or feedback management is advantageous
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling public enquiries and coordination work
• Able to commit for the full contract duration
