• Job Scope
• Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate timely delivery of marketing materials (prints, premiums, collaterals) to retail and event locations.
• Retail & Visual Setup: Support installation and troubleshooting of retail displays, demos, and visual merchandising.
• Field Deployment Prep: Pack and organize materials for your team members, ensuring smooth execution on-site.
• Warehouse Oversight: Keep our warehouse tidy, efficient, and easy to take stocks.
• Transport & Support: Drive team members and materials to stores, events, and activations.
• Event Execution: Be on-site to ensure operations run smoothly during roadshows and activations.
• General Ops Support: Assist with ad hoc tasks that keep our projects moving forward.
• Requirements
• ✅ Class 3 Driving License (required)
• ✅ Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin (for coordination with diverse teams and vendors)
• ✅ Prior experience in visual merchandising, IT retail, or logistics is a plus
• ✅ Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks and occasional lifting
• ✅ Available 5 days/week (10 AM – 7 PM), with occasional paid OT during peak periods
