Logistics Coordinator/ Operation Executive (IT Industry/ 5D) - Toa Payoh

Company Overview

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the electronics industry, specializing in device refurbishment and sustainable e-waste solutions.

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Bugis/ Central Region

• Manage and monitor stock movement, categorization, labeling, and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records and reports of inventory using internal systems
• Oversee incoming/outgoing goods and assist in refurbishment coordination
• Implement and improve inventory SOPs in line with ISO standards
• Coordinate with external partners for export/import shipments
• Ensure timely delivery and communication with buyback and trade-in partners
• Optimize logistics workflows and maintain regulatory compliance
• Handle enquiries related to device trade-ins
• Provide guidance and training on quotation portal usage
• Generate data reports and insights to support business improvements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/operations
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards preferred
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about sustainability and e-waste reduction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
