We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced financial advisory division. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination across administrative functions, event execution, and business support for financial consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the division and management team
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and training sessions
  • Handle meeting room bookings, logistics, and overall event coordination (seminars, recruitment events, client sessions)
  • Support financial consultants with documentation, submissions, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update internal records, reports, and tracking sheets (e.g. production, expenses, attendance)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and marketing collaterals (e.g. EDMs, slides)
  • Ensure proper documentation and organisation of business processes and records
  • Provide on-ground support during events and key division activities
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-through
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
  • Experience in events coordination or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
