Your Mission
Drive revenue growth by expanding our customer base across APAC/globally, while collaborating with engineering to transform client requirements into cutting-edge test interface solutions.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development.
- Identify/key account penetration: Foundries, OSATs, IDMs
- Support sales and business development on new and existing accounts
- Conduct technical demos at client sites
- Technical Solutioning
- Translate customer specs into requirements
- Collaborate with engineering to develop custom products
- Lead DFM review with customers
- Account Leadership
- Negotiate contracts
- Forecast sales with 90% accuracy
- Provide post-sale technical support to ensure ROI
- Market Intelligence
- Customer and market road map research and updates
- Spot trends in advanced packaging
- Drive projects to internal R&D team to meet market road map needs
- Experience:
- 3+ years in B2B technical sales within semiconductor testing components
- Proven record selling probe, connectors, sockets, thermal interfaces, or related precision components
- Technical Competence:
- Understands wafer probe/Final Test processes, IC packaging, thermal dynamics
- Ability to read device datasheets
- Commercial Skills:
- Fluent in value-based selling
- CRM proficiency
- Soft Skills:
- Persuasive communicator
- Problem-solving mindset for technical escalations
- Willing to travel
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
- Existing network
- Mandarin proficiency
