[URGENT] Shipping Operations Specialist (Import & Export Operations)

• Manage daily import and export operations for the company.
• Communicate with overseas customers on sales orders, quotations, shipping coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate ordering, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements.
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing inventory movement via company system.
• Ensure full compliance with customs and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare, review, and submit trade documentation such as permits, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and health certificates.
• Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers to manage shipment schedules.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve customs clearance, documentation, or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate and complete records in line with audit and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in trade compliance, customs regulations, and safety standards.
• Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably from Industrial and Precision manufacturing industry.
• Candidate who is available to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
